Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Investment Banker with experience in cryptocurrency, DeFi, or blockchain technology. This individual will play a pivotal role in developing and managing institutional partnerships, raising capital, structuring investment products, and driving the financial growth of our platform.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of digital assets, Tokenomics, and the regulatory landscape of cryptocurrency investments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Capital Raising and Fund Management:

• Develop strategies to raise capital from institutional investors, Angel Investor , VC Venture Capitalist , family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Manage and grow assets under management (AUM) through innovative financial products.

1. Partnerships and Business Development:

• Identify and build strategic partnerships with banks, hedge funds, venture capital firms, and other financial institutions.
• Foster relationships with potential investors and clients to expand the platform’s reach.

1. Investment Strategy Development:

• Design and manage structured products (e.g., yield-bearing crypto accounts, staking pools, lending protocols).
• Work with internal teams to evaluate market trends, assess risk, and identify investment opportunities.

1. Advisory and Structuring:

• Advise clients on crypto-based investment strategies, including yield optimization, diversification, and risk management.
• Structure customized financial solutions for institutional and retail investors.

1. Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management:

• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to financial regulations in multiple jurisdictions.
• Implement robust risk management practices in all investment operations.

1. Market Analysis and Reporting:

• Monitor cryptocurrency market trends and create detailed reports to guide decision-making.
• Present performance updates to stakeholders and investors.

Qualifications:

1. Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. An MBA or CFA certification is highly preferred.

1. Experience:

• 5+ years in investment banking, asset management, or a similar role in traditional finance or cryptocurrency.
• Proven experience raising capital, managing portfolios, or structuring financial products.

1. Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, DeFi platforms, and tokenomics.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.

1. Technical:

• Familiarity with crypto wallets, trading platforms, and staking mechanisms.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks in key jurisdictions (e.g., U.S., EU, Singapore, Asia( India ) , Middle East (UAE).
